This drawing was fun project because i was able to record the whole drawing from start to finish. It took a bit longer because of the setup but im glad i did. Not only was it a learning experience for future progress videos but fans of my work can see me at work.

6B Pencil
2H Pencil
5H Pencil
Progresso Pencil
HB 0.3 Mechanical Pencil
Kneaded Eraser
Color Blender
2B 0.5 Mechanical Pencil

With this drawing i used the same technique that i have been using for all animals with hair. You can read the tutorial here. I love these big cats not only for their beauty but for their mystery. They are very stealthy hunters and i wanted to capture that feeling of the cat stalking its prey. The lighting was very important so i tried to create as much contrast as possible to create that light intensity. Im very happy with the results of this drawing.

I have a question.. where would you suggest to go to find a stylus?
Because I’ve been looking for one for quite a while and can’t seem
to find one anywhere. lol Thanks 馃檪

Thank you so much. The stylus i use i made myself and its something you can do as well. I just took an old mechanical pencil and just inserted a needle on the tip. It doesn’t need to be an expensive mechanical pencil. Those colorful mechanical pencils that they use in elementary schools is good enough. You then just need to find a needle that will fit on the tip. Make sure sure you grind the tip of needle a bit to make it dull. This will prevent it from ripping through paper. Just play around with it until you are satisfied with the results.
